Ardmore is constructing Plot N02 of the Athletes Village. Formed of seven blocks, these two storey structures create 1784 beds for the Olympic Games. After 2012, the units will be converted for occupation by some of London’s key workers, and have been designed to Lifetime Homes standard. The Registered Social Landlord (RSL) involved in this project is Triathlon Homes.

Portobello Square – the first phase of the Wornington Green Estate regeneration project. Work started in January 2012. The Wornington Green Estate is owned and managed by Catalyst Housing Ltd. Over a number of phases, Catalyst plans to undertake a full redevelopment of the Estate which is situated at the northern end of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, bounded by Portobello Road to the West, the main Paddington/West Country railway line to the North and Golborne Road to the South. Phase 1 will deliver 324 new mixed tenure homes – 141 for private sale, 174 affordable and 9 for shared ownership. The scheme also includes re-provision of a public park and retail units.

The design and build of 66 flats and some ground floor retail over 10 storeys to construct a watertight structural envelope and then fit-out to final handover to purchasers. The works include basement construction, RC superstructure together with insulated render with curtain walling, glazing and all roof coverings. Internally the works cover all fit-out activities and decoration. Also included are 7 timber-framed affordable houses and external works.

171 residential units and a new medical research facility in close proximity to St. Bartholomews Hospital in Central London with a project value of £28 million. The development was built on behalf of the Thornsett Group and incorporated approximately 50 affordable homes within the scheme. The location is of historic significance, as it is believed to be the last developed site from World War II. Charterhouse Square presented a number of challenges that needed to be overcome in order to meet the client’s requirements.
